I have a Master’s degree in Education Science. I have several years of experience in central government in the field of human resources, especially in recruitment and employer branding, but I have also done tasks related to competence development and employment matters in the past. I also have 3 years of experience in supervisory positions from my previous employer.

My responsibilities at GTK include leading the HRD team, strategic human resources planning, recruitment to support supervisors, and developing the recruitment process and employer image. I’m a developer by nature and I always try to identify ways to do things better.
