My fields of professional specialty are company culture (strategic point of view), development of leadership, supporting of supervisors, self knowledge, self leadership, leadership of people being beautifully different. I am very experienced in the change/renewal process both on an individual and group level. The fundamental question is: what would you wish to change and what are you ready to do for it? 

The themes on my work desk are among other things: joy in work, boundaries and responsibilities, self sufficency, goals, basic needs at work, emotions at work, vulnerability and shame, self compassion, becoming visible with your work, influence, prioritising. I also help you with the themes of ability to encounter and building trust. 

My professional credo is coaching leadership, I am at my best coaching and asking questions. I belive that you know your job the best, therefore your needs and observations are in my interest.
