Areas of expertise:

I work as a geologist in the marine geology group, mainly with different sounding systems ranging from reflection seismic profiling to multi-beam echo-sounding surveys. I am involved in the gathering of data in the field, processing and then reporting it within different commercial and scientific projects.

In addition I am actively involved in developing marine geological research methods. Currently I work with introducing a multi-channel seismic system into GTKs marine methods, testing a transient electromagnetic system in surveys, and developing methods to analyze multi-beam backscatter data. I am very interested in developing survey and sounding methods, enhancing data utilization from existing methods, and potential autonomous and automatic survey and interpretation solutions.
