GTK`s International Operations
Customer Satisfaction Remains High
In 2020, GTK invested in developing our customer relationships in several ways. The introduction of a new Customer Relationship Management system, re-defining our market and customer segments and renewing our models for customer relationship management made our approach even more customer oriented. The needs and targets of our new strategy were considered in the development of our customer activities.
On average, the answers to our customer satisfaction survey show that our customers remain highly satisfied with all measured parts of our services.
