The effect of the pandemic on GTK’s operations and on the achievement of our targets proved to be smaller than predicted.
Our operational year 2020 was the first year of our current performance agreement and strategy period. The implementation of the strategy, finalised in 2019, was started in 2020. The structure, targets and indicators of our performance agreement were completely renewed, which is why no target values for 2020 or reference values from previous years exist for many of the indicators. However, GTK’s influencing targets and operational objectives were generally achieved as planned.
GTK’s financial situation remained in balance despite the extraordinary year.
