I have a long experience in peatland ecology, chemical element concentrations and accumulation rates in boreal and subarctic mire ecosystems. Overall, I have an interest in global peatlands including my international background with Canadian, Russian and African peatlands. My research includes 60+ publications with 30+ peer-reviewed articles.
