I’m a geologist in mining environment team, VKR unit. My field of specialization is hydrogeology and I work as an expert, mostly dealing with study questions related to hydrogeology and -geochemistry. In addition to project work, I give statements regarding ground water impact assessments for mining etc. projects which require environmental permitting. I do a lot of field work, especially incl. groundwater in situ measurements and water sampling. I have wide experience from applied geoscientific methods: for example GIS software, various measurements from GW wells as well as monitoring devices, ground-penetrating radar (GPR), remote thermal infrared surveys using drone (UAV-TIR), Packer sampling, SLUG testing, applied hydrogeochemical isotopic methods, etc.
