I work as a specialist in various tasks of the strategy and planning group.

I was the product owner (/project manager) in the GTK 2.0 – Future Location Independent Work — Change Program. Remote working and organizational culture were the focus of development in the change program.

I worked as a facilitator/co-development specialist in GTK’s 2024-2027 strategy preparation team. GTK’s strategy was made as a participative process in which GTK people, customers and stakeholders were involved.
